Popular boy band 2PM plans to help underprivileged children in developing countries during its world concert tour that opens on Oct. 3-4 in Seoul.

In coordination with “Plan Korea,” an NGO, the idol group will hold donation events for global kids in need. A donation booth will be installed at the concert venue, Indoor Stadium at Jamsil Sports Complex in Seoul.

The booth will include places where fans can donate products, sign up to individually sponsor children, and make financial donations. The donations will be sent to children in developing countries via Plan Korea.

“We are happy to hold such meaningful event with 2PM, the honorary ambassador of Plan Korea, and its fans,” an official from the NGO was quoted as saying.

2PM is to hold its world concert tour starting in Seoul this upcoming Friday and Saturday. The group recently released its fourth full album “Go Crazy” on Sept 15.
