Korean top-class actor Jung Woo-sung on Friday sent a food truck gift to the filming site of MBC’s television series “Pride and Prejudice” to support his colleague Choi Jin-hyuk.

Jung sent 100 servings of abalone chicken porridge, a healthy traditional Korean meal, to Choi and the filming crew to support the successful launch of the drama, the television broadcaster said. “Pride and Prejudice” is the first television series Choi is starring in.

Choi belongs to Redbrickhouse, the same entertainment agency as Jung.

Choi wore a big smile when the food truck arrived, MBC said in a statement.

After eating, he said in a message to Jung, “I was really pressured after going through lots of difficulties at the beginning (of the filming.) I am happily surprised at seonbae’s (my senior’s) support. It was delicious. I will do my best to promote the drama.”

“Pride and Prejudice” is a drama about prosecutors who are fighting against social evil.

The drama is aired on Mondays and Tuesdays at 10 p.m.
