Hallyu star Lee Min-ho said he wants a girlfriend but does not have the time to fall in love.

Lee, 28, said in an interview with local fashion magazine High Cut, “I do not think that I can spare enough time to commit myself to a loving relationship.”

He said, “I do want to love someone, but even if I had a girlfriend now, I would only be able to spare time for … dating (and not the emotional commitment as a boyfriend).”

The Korean heartthrob also expressed passion for “Gangnam 1970,” an action noir film that he is starring in with actor Kim Rae-won.

The actor expects that the movie -- his first in a lead role -- will help him transform his image from that of as a rom-com prince to an actor with a strong presence.

“I will be able to show a different me through the upcoming film (‘Gangnam 1970’),” the actor confided.

“Gangnam 1970” is scheduled to launch in January 2015.
