K-pop girl group T-ara has joined Chinese singers Chopstick Brothers’ project to remake their hit song “Little Apple” in Korean, according to major Chinese video sites YOUKU and Web TV Asia Tuesday.

“Little Apple” has gained much popularity online in China, topping a Chinese music chart for 16 consecutive weeks since its release on May 29. Its music video was selected as the most popular song in the country in 2014, exceeding 500 million views.

The Chinese group recently visited Korea in secret and filmed the Korean-version music video of “Little Apple” with T-ara members, according to its agency.

“We’re glad to work with famous girl group T-ara. The filming was a lot of and we enjoyed it all the time,” Chopstick Brothers said.

The remade song and the music video will be released on music sites in Korea on Nov. 24.
