KBS’ new reality show starring six K-pop idols is upsetting fans.

The program, which began shooting on Monday, follows the six singers as they tour India.

Although it attracted much attention due to the star lineup and the producer’s successful track record, the fans’ reaction has not been warm.

Since the plans for the show were made known, hardcore fans have opposed the show claiming that India is “too dangerous” for their beloved singers.

Although the producers kept the shooting dates secret, there were unconfirmed reports of Indian fans being mistreated.

According to reports, the cast and the staff of the show were met by Indian fans when they landed in the country.

However, the staff are alleged to have prevented them from welcoming the cast, and even reportedly searched their bags.

The producers of the show deny the allegation.

According to an unnamed official quoted by the Korean media, the Indian authorities warned them that shooting of the show could be prohibited if their presence causes a commotion at the airport.

In addition, the official claimed that the fans were prohibited from taking photographs as they could be spoilers.

“The entire shooting is accompanied by a coordinator and the police. (I) do not know what they said (to the fans) but it is not true that the staff threatened (them),” the official was quoted as saying.

“We have checked everything including safety (issues), but the fans apparently do not trust us. (They) are exaggerating everything about the show and calling for the shooting to be halted.”
