K-pop group SHINee’s Key and CNBLUE’s Lee Jung-shin are being considered as prospective emcees for Mnet’s “M Countdown.”

A spokesperson from Mnet said on Monday that “Key and Lee Jung-shin are being positively considered as emcees for the show.”

“M Countdown” is a live music program on cable channel Mnet, which previously featured popular models such as Ahn Jae-hyun and Kim Woo-bin as emcees.

Should Key and Lee decide to take on the job, they are expected to join the program from mid-March.
