Kim Moo-yeol and Yoon Seung-ah marry

Actor Kim Moo-yeol and actress Yoon Seung-ah tied the knot Saturday.

Attended by only family and close friends, the private wedding ceremony for the two was held in the suburbs of Seoul.

Actor Jo Jung-sik hosted the wedding ceremony, while singer Lee Hyun of K-pop vocal group 8eight sang to celebrate the couple‘s wedding.

Kim and Yoon reportedly started seeing each other in November 2011.

Kim, 32, announced his engagement in January with a message on his fan site saying, “I’ll be a more mature person after marrying
my other half and will hold onto the passion I had as an actor, even after marriage.”

Kim’s stints cover a wide variety of genres, from musicals to historical films. The actor first rose to prominence after starring in the musicals “Grease,” “Guys and Dolls” and “Finding Kim Jong-wook.” He has since broadened his scope of acting by taking on roles in
various films, including “War of the Arrows” and “A Muse.”

Meanwhile Yoon, 31, debuted in 2006 in the music video of singer Alex, and made her name as an actress in the TV series “All My Love.” She has also appeared in the dramas “Moon Embracing the Sun” and “I Need Romance Season 3.”
