Actor Yoo Ah-in’s remarks about female film directors while promoting his new movie "Like for Likes" has grabbed media attention.

During a press briefing Saturday, the top actor said, "I want to work with a female movie director."

"When people talk about female directors, they always put 'female' in front of director,” he added, “even though they don’t put 'male' for male directors."

"This can mean that women are special, but in reality women often lose out in society because of their gender. I want to lend weight to them and I am also curious about working with them," he said.

Asked about the most memorable episode while making the movie, he said, "It was a meeting with my ideal woman (actress) Lee Mi-yeon,” adding, “She is an ideally nice woman. I have liked her since before I was an actor."

Yoo’s new romantic comedy "Like for Likes," costarring Lee Mi-yeon, hit theaters on Feb. 17.

Yura from Girl's Day shared beauty tips with her fans on the V app.

"Because I am a celebrity, I am often concerned about my appearance in addition to my inside and abilities," she said, adding, "I think (for a good appearance) the right makeup and hairstyle is important. Losing weight also plays a key role."

"Personally, I care about my eyebrows and eyelashes. I also apply diverse lip colors," she said.

She also gave sage advice on hairstyles: "For people with a round face, it is better not to have bangs. If you have single eyelids, you can have see-through bangs, which can make you lovely."

Later she revealed her ideal man. "I like a man's neat style. Instead of gay attire, I like it if they wear just blue jeans with knitwear or a T-shirt."

“Regardless of gender, weight is important,” she added. “But, it is so difficult because there are so many delicious foods out there."

Rapper Kim Dong-Hyun, also known as MC Gree, also showed up with his own live show.

"Recently, I visited Japan to have fun and it was so good. I plan to go there more often," he said.

"Because I am here alone, I feel a little awkward. I used to host the show with rapper Hanhae and other musicians from Brand New Music," he said. "I miss them."

In a self-reflective mood, he added, "I really like rapping because I can share my story through music."

"Although I can't show you my (new) rap now, I will soon release new songs. I hope you like it," he said, before finishing up.
