Yugyeom of boy band GOT7 gave some advice to a fan via Naver’s V app Monday.

In the broadcast, the singer revealed that he had not had a proper meal so as not to affect his performance during the group’s concert.

When a fan commented, “I will make the money, so you take care of yourself only,” he said, “Why? I’m working hard too!”

“It seems that I don’t really take this job as money making because it was my dream (to be a singer),” he said. “I’m always proud of my job and I feel I’m refreshed whenever I work.

“Also, as this is what I wanted to do, I don’t regret doing this job -- well, I don’t even consider this as a ‘job’ because I just love that I’m doing this,” he said.

When a fan said she chose a major that she wanted but found it very difficult, he said, “It would have been weird if it wasn’t hard. I also have difficulties.”

“But I guess that may also be the experience that you need -- though I don’t know much about that field,” he said. “After experiencing hardship, as time goes by, I feel grateful and I get stirred up by those experiences.”
