Actor Ryu Jun-yeol’s urgent text messages to his manager on his unexpected trip to Africa were revealed on Sunday, raising fans’ expectations even more over tvN’s upcoming reality show “Youth Over Flowers.” On Friday, Ryu and three more “Reply 1988” cast members were tricked into going to Namibia, Africa, by the staff of “Youth Over Flowers” celebrity producer Na Young-seok. “Kidnapping” actors has been a ritual for those in their 20s appearing on this particular show. The boys were snatched by the tvN staff in Phuket, Thailand, where they were enjoying their vacation. “Sang-chul, you there? I’m in a real hurry,” the star wrote in a captured KakaoTalk message to his manager revealed on C-JES Entertainment’s Instagram account on Sunday.The actor then starts calling his manager on the app, but fails to talk to him.
