Bang Chan of Stray Kids invited fans to a warm place in his heart as they listened to soothing melodies together.

He began by asking viewers what they had eaten for dinner and suddenly slapped his thighs when he realized that he had planned to show them the sweets he’d received from his parents in Australia.

“I will do that next time, I promise you,” he said, telling himself that there’s always a next time.

The weather was growing chilly all of a sudden and he was in the mood for some serene and warm songs, said the idol, putting on the first song of the day -- Daniel Caesar’s “Best Part,” featuring H.E.R.

“This is a song that makes you cozy. One you’d want to listen to sitting on a sofa snuggling under a blanket holding a cup of hot chocolate,” he said with a chuckle.

He was delighted to see a fan recommend Norah Jones’ “I Don’t Know Why.” Listening to the soulful tune, the idol said he could imagine himself holed up in a cozy little place lit up with warm, orange-tinted lights surrounded by piles of blankets and pillows.

NCT 127's Doyoung, Jungwoo talk holiday game show

Doyoung and Jungwoo of NCT 127 took to V Live with only their voices.

“This is the first time I’m doing a voice-only V Live,” said Doyoung, acknowledging that it allowed him to stay more relaxed for some reason.

Jungwoo asked Doyoung how he’d spent the Chuseok holidays, and the latter said he’d watched the esports competition for idols that Jungwoo had participated in.

“Coming in first place might be important, but what really matters is that you managed to be featured on the camera quite a lot playing KartRider,” Doyoung said.

Jungwoo admitted that he and his teammates had prepared a lot for the holiday special. They’d spent about two months honing their skills.

Everyone from NCT expected their bandmates to win since Jungwoo in particular had played at “another level,” said Doyoung. And those who took part in the game showed serious teamwork, he added.

“Yes. We really were playing as if our lives were on the line,” said Doyoung.

Seventeen’s Junghan marks birthday

Junghan of Seventeen took to V Live to thank fans for celebrating his birthday during a short break in the car after dinner.

He wasn’t that into gift-giving so he hadn’t received many birthday gifts, he told fans. Mingyu had given him a beam projector and Dogyeom a screen, so he’d installed them in his room. Mingyu, before his birthday, had taken Junghan to a boutique, picked out a piece of clothing and asked the latter to buy it on his birthday.

“He then told me to let him know what I want for my birthday. I usually don’t need anything but I suddenly wanted a beam projector and nagged him to get me one a month before my birthday,” confided the birthday boy.

The rest of the bandmates had given him love, he said with a smile. They’d all had sips of beer and he loved the fact that the party was kept small.

Then Dogyeom joined Junghan in the car, where they sang “Happy Birthday” together.

IZ*ONE bids fans goodnight after concert

Kwon Eunbi, Kang Hyewon, Kim Chaewon and Kim Minju checked in on fans as soon as they came home after a concert.

Jang Wonyoung joined them in Kwon and Kang’s room and they chatted about how they’d enjoyed some ice cream after the show -- “It was right there waiting for us when we came to the waiting room after the rehearsal!” -- when Kwon made a sound of alarm.

The leader of the girl group told viewers that Kim Chaewon’s pinkie had been hurt when she was holding it up.

“Chaewon’s finger got hit by an elbow, we don’t know whose, but look how different it looks from the other (pinkie),” said Kwon. The others were worried that the swollen finger might be broken and Kim Chaewon insisted that she could move it, lest fans worry.

Although Cho Yuri was not in the room, the bandmates commented on how pretty she looked with her new bob hairstyle and how good she was at singing solo.
