Seungmin of Stray Kids took to V Live on his own, keeping fans up to speed.

“It has been quite a while, so let’s chat a lot,” he began. Seeing his black and white outfit, fans commented on how he’d been wearing a necklace often recently.

“This is the only necklace I actually own,” he told viewers, fingering the silver chain with its bar-shaped pendant.

He said he was happy these days because he had more channels to communicate with his fans. In addition to having a few more platforms, he said, he’s also a regular guest on a radio program hosted by DAY6’s Young K.

“And with Lee Know, we’re having fun every week,” said the idol.

Some teased him because he loves talking about food on Bubble, a texting application that connects artists and their fans, making Seungmin chuckle.

“I’m just trying to make sure that you eat at the right time,” he said. He is having so much fun with the app and it’s never boring, he added.

EXO’s Kai reacts to 1st solo music video

Kai of EXO shared his reaction to his first solo music video with his bandmate Baekhyun.

“I’ve watched many of the other members’ (music videos) and did reactions to them but never thought I’d be doing mine,” said the veteran idol, who released his first solo EP on Monday, admitting that he was extremely nervous.

Baekhyun promised Kai that he was ready to promote the latter’s music but at the same time would be honest and share all his thoughts with their fans.

As the video started, they instantly praised it, exclaiming how impressive the computer graphics were and how good Kai’s choreography was.

“I’ve got the power to teleport,” Kai said proudly as he jumped through spaces and places. It was an expansion of his role as an EXO member, and he’d recently watched individual teasers from the “Exodus” album with a sense of nostalgia.

Baekhyun loved the glittery headpiece Kai wore with his first outfit and admired his well-toned abs.

“I’m sure there will be those who tap the space bar at this point,” he remarked, and Kai laughed sheepishly.

NCT gives taste of upcoming single

NCT floated a 30-second teaser trailer for “Resonance,” the final single of its second studio release, “NCT ? The 2nd Album Resonance.”

The single features all 23 members and incorporates four songs from the second album -- “Make A Wish,” “’90s Love,” “Work It” and “Raise the Roof.”

The short clip zooms in on Jisung, with “Resonance” spelled out in bold capitals against a red background. The camera moves on to show the rest of the members, with Taeyong leading the pack -- all clad in black and ready for their signature group performance. It ends with all of them shouting “Raise the roof!” on a stage that lights up in the shape of a keyhole.

The final single will be unveiled Dec. 4, and the boy band will perform it onstage for the first time at the 2020 Mnet Asian Music Awards on Dec. 6.

ITZY wishes fans good luck

Ryujin and Chaeryeong of ITZY went live from the studio, striking poses.

The musicians declared themselves a new unit, the “’01s” after their birth year -- but Lia, who’d been waiting outside the camera frame, jumped in.

They burst into giggles, trying in vain to keep the older member away. When they settled onto the sofa as a trio, they asked viewers to recommend a name as they were broadcasting live together for the first time.

Some fans asked them the key to maintaining great skin, and Chaeryeong said she keeps her routine simple: lotion and toner.

“I’ll tell you her secret,” Lia volunteered. “She washes her face as soon as she gets home.”

They got busy teasing and copying how each member talks a little differently when they talk to their fans on their own. Then they remembered why they’d turned on V Live: to give their support to viewers taking the national college entrance exam.
